Yeah, I think that's the sort of thing I did before. I'm seeing a boot
time message that it couldn't find the driver or couldn't load the
driver. I don't remember which and my kid just stole my laptop to
capture XBox videos with his friend so I won't get the darn box back
for an hour. ;-)

Anyway, if this works out I'll have to do some cleanup. The 2.6.9
kernel I was running required a bunch of stuff in rc/local that is no
longer needed.

We'll see. Still early yet.
