That's the "realtiime-lsm" patch. I use it on Mandrake. But it's already pre 
patched and packaged into a RPM.

Is there a patched mm 2.6 kernel for Suse?  

I run the modprobe stuff from modprobe.conf on boot and do the "realcap any=1 
allcaps=1 and gid=29 from another file in /etc...can't remeber what. This all 
so that the RT modules get loaded automagically on boot.  I then create a 
group with the number 29. I then add myself as a user to that group. THis 
enables me to run everthing as a mortal user and get RT capabilities.
