OK, dickhead here.... I don't know how to find out what "/dev/snd/ midi device C1D0 " is the actual hardware I have installed Is there a way to check this please ? I think my 1712 chip and my USB ports are mixed up. Perhaps that's why my MTC tests are proving fruitless. Cheers.
