[ardour-users] Track inputs and outputs, and monitoring

Hello there CB,
I don't know your hardware, but here's what I've found for the Audigy --
the card I'm using (hope the ouput looks well).
Reference is from the package emu-tools-0.9.4, file README. I've added
some labels.

Note that Analog_in is what ever you've selected as record source in
your OSS mixer.

So you have an analog mixer (AC97) and a digital mixer (emu10k1). Ardour
sees the pcm:capture and pcm:playback streams.
You can check a snapshot of my QAmix setup at
http://www3.sympatico.ca/lucus/. I tried to duplicate in QAmix the
diagram above.
