[ardour-users] how to add send effects

TAP Reverberator does crash Ardour for me. The only detail I can give
you is that I added TAP Revreberator to two tracks in an existing
session, enabled it, and it caused the infamous "JACK has shutdown
Ardour because your system is too slow..." message. Removing it caused
this to go away. It's not consistent for me though. It doesn't happen
every time but, when it does, removing TAP Reverberator fixes it. I can
replace it with other reverbs and it won't hang. It could just be a
system thing though. As Micro$oft likes to say "If it's not repeatable,
it's not a bug".
