[ardour-users] Control surfaces (again)

I have a JL Cooper CS-10. I am running Ardour 0.9 beta 18.2. I 
understand that JL Cooper transport controls were supported as of beta 
16 (I think). Although the faders work beautifully on the control 
surface, the transport buttons do not work. Is there a way to get them 
to work? Is there a way to assign other buttons/knobs, etc to anything 
else besides a fader? Finally, does the shuttle wheel work?
