[ardour-users] Ardour for A/V sync work?

Hi, all - 

I'm in the midst of post-production on an independant film, and am looking for 
something pro-toolsish to do sound editing and vocal mixing.  Does Ardour 
have any way to help preserve A/V sync - either with SMPTE timecode 
(hopefully with the ability to playback A/V at the same time) or another 
method?
