[ardour-users] Region trimmimg

I was just playing around with a couple of tracks and decided to try the
region trim (left/middle click in the colored band under the track).  I
trimmed the beginning off of one track and the end off of another.  Lo
and behold, it works as advertised... with one tiny problem.  I can now
see my tracks (nicely trimmed of course) but no sound comes out. 
Everything is still hooked up and I can still hear the click track. 
This is what I get for reading the manual ;-)  Anybody have any idea
what happened or how to fix it?
