[Ardour-Dev] Updating italian translation

Hi, nice to read you again.

Me and another guy are going to update it translation but we need a
kickstart ( it was 2015 since I last updated it.po... and two children ago
:-) ).

Source code is needed if I remember correctly, right? Could you please
provide steps to follow (or point me to)
