In these unprecedented times, the Global IT Service Desk is unfortunately unable to provide the same level of support.  As such, you may experience a degraded level of service.

It would help if you could limit the use of the phone channel to contact the Service Desk, using the Chat (help.wsp.com) and email (servicedesk at help.wsp.com) contact routes as a preference.

If you have any questions regarding the use of any of the Office 365 tools such as Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint, please refer to COMPASS in the first instance.  If you require further assistance, please refer to the Navigators Network, details of which can also be found on COMPASS.

Please note:  Teams telephony is not currently supported and should not be used for internal or external Teams meetings, Teams does not work with WSP conference room phones.  Please continue to use Skype for Business for conferencing and all other voice and video calls until you are advised otherwise.  Tickets logged with Service Desk in relation to Teams telephony will not be actioned.

Remarque : La téléphonie Teams n'est pas actuellement supporté et ne doit pas être utilisée pour les réunions d'équipes internes ou externes, Teams ne fonction pas avec les Salles de Conférence WSP.  Merci de continuer à utiliser Skype Entreprise pour les conférences et tous les autres appels vocaux et vidéo jusqu'à avis contraire. Les tickets enregistrés avec Service Desk en relation avec la téléphonie de Teams ne seront pas traités.
