[Ardour-Dev] Release Management/Development process

For 5.4 I found myself repeatedly triggering rebuilds despite actually
being on IRC at the time, so
I agree that there should be better communication here, especially from
myself :)

Failing any consensus on adopting his (excellent IMGO)  proposal, lets all
just have a go at being more broadcasty about important stuff (esp. to
testers)
as the release approaches.
