[Ardour-Dev] should solo-in-place and/or exclusive solo be session specific?

The choice between exclusive or not doesn't have to be a setting at
all. On all my (unplublished) mixer-like apps I use this:

  L-click : exclusive solo
R-click : add to existing solo

I'm so used to this that it surprises me each time when it
doesn't work on other apps.

A world of exhaustive, reliable metadata would be an utopia.
It's also a pipe-dream, founded on self-delusion, nerd hubris
and hysterically inflated market opportunities. (Cory Doctorow)
