[Ardour-Dev] Ardour 4.0 rc3

Great news!

Right now, A4 installs without the (German) translation on my Linux 
machine. In Windows, the translation gets installed, but there are some 
problems with text justification (looks ugly at the opening dialog, but 
this might only be in the German language file)

Besides that, has the translation mechanism changed since 3.0? I 
contributed to the German translation but haven't had the time to catch 
up. There are quite some things missing and I'd like to get this done 
before the 4.0 release. Maybe this weekend...
