[Ardour-Dev] 3.0 build issues

those of you building from 3.0 in svn ... we just upgraded to waf 1.6
today and at least for me this appears to have "legacy" issues if you
try to rebuild in an existing checkout. david robillard and i were
unable to determine precisely what was left around that causes the
misbehaviour, but it doesn't occur in a new checkout.

thus ... use a new checkout. apologies for the inconvenience.
