Your system doesn't allow you to run realtime processes. There is
information on how to configure this on http://jackaudio.org/ (more
specifically http://jackaudio.org/linux_rt_config).
The other thing is that you need to test is which audio parameters work best
for you. Unfortunately the specific setup is system-specific, so you just
have to try out a few different values. I suggest you install qjackctl and
use that to configure jack. The important two variables are Frames/Period
and Periods/Buffer. A typical internal soundcard usually works fine with 512
and 3. Other common values for these are 256 or 1024 for the first and 2 for
the second.
