Aaw sorry. I got git-svn version wrong. The problem appeared after the
git svn rebase today.

Last known working 9563, affected version 9711. and I did a full
re-build: ./waf clean; ./waf configure; ./waf

Unless there are any [other] hints; I'll try to debug it tomorrow (CEST).
