[Ardour-Dev] Pull up/down

Hi all,
I am in the process of documenting the pull up/down settings in the 
ardour manual.  Does anyone know what type of scenarios the following 
two settings would be used for?  What formats they are designed to conform?

-4.1667% +0.1%
