there is one important undo bug fix (2896.patch) and another
patch (2896_split_inner_fades_off.patch) that i would consider 
a bug fix, too, but opinions may vary (see also:
http://tracker.ardour.org/view.php?id=671).

I've been using both patches since 2009-11 w/o issues.
