[Ardour-Dev] OSC control

Hi all,

I'm experimenting with Ardour OSC remote control, I would like to use
Ardour as a player for theatrical applications.
One way to go could be to organize tracks and songs as one would do to
export to a CD, setting CD Track Range Markers as usual and then playing
the song with the Play Range command. This would be nice as the player
will autostop at the end of the song.
But up to now I haven't been able to find the appropriate access_action
command to play a CD range and wonder if it is actually possible? 

Remote controlled fade in/out and smooth volume changes are a must and
implies OSC command at high rate and sometimes Ardour complains for:

no space in Ardour-UI request buffer for thread OSC

What does it mean? Some OSC commands are lost?  Delayed?
