Hello,
I would like to add some writing to the actual manual. Time ago I sent  
the italian translation of the 1st chapter and I would like to remind  
the link to download it:

I'm adding some more to the 2nd chapter. I improved a bit the  
paragraph 2.01, 2.02 and 2.03, either english and italian, adding  
pictures and some more writing.
