I do not know if it will be helpful to you or not, (I understand that
Basque is NOT Spanish but it seems likely that a Basque speaker may also
speak Spanish)

but we completed a complete European Spanish translation recently, and a
more or less current version is in ardour at present as part of the
gtk2_ardour/po/es_ES.po and libs/ardour/po/es_ES.po files.

The most current translation is also available as a git tree, with a few
methods that make it faster for multiple translators to work on a given
translation at the same time.

And several of the translators hang out on #ardour-translate in irc on
irc.freenode.org.
