[Ardour-Dev] gcc 4.3 updates for 2.0-ongoing

I updated sigc++ to 2.2.2 today and committed a few changes to the local 
gtkmm/glibmm for gcc 4.3 compatibility.  If anyone updates svn and gets 
errors similar to these:

delete the entire libs/sigc++2 directory from your local copy and do an 
svn update again:

rm -rf libs/sigc++2

Then all should be well.
