[Ardour-Dev] Implemented editing velocities of MIDI notes, please apply patch

Editing velocities of single notes or groups of notes is
now possible by using the mouse wheel over the notes or selections.
Contained in the patch are several bugfixes in MidiRegionView
and an improvement of its selection model.
