[Ardour-Dev] Region Tansparency

Hello there:

I've heard rumblings that there is a reasonable chance region
transparency will be removed from Ardour.

I've not used it often, but when I have, it was EXACTLY what I needed
and has pulled me out of the soup a couple of times with a quickness.

Unless it's totally screwing up something else, here's my vote for
leaving it in.
