[Ardour-Dev] segfault on track delete

One place I consistently see Ardour crash is when I remove a track from
a large project. I have attached one such session file. Open the
project, zoom to full view, delete (remove) any empty track. Ardour
segfaults 75% of the time. The track is actually deleted when the
session is re-opened. I will work on getting a debug trace.

(note that the tracks in this session start pretty far into the timeline
- this is NOT the cause of the problem as I have other sessions that do
this from the top)
