* All canvas color changes are now saved, using the Configuration system
* All changes should now appear instantly
* ColorSelection now opens set to the current variables value
* Removed 25 canvas color definitions, will continue to look for more
* Attempted to use better names in the theme manager

Canvas colors are currently saved to ardour.rc under a <Canvas> node.  I 
  was thinking about creating a new file for this node, and offering the 
option for the user to save to alternate files (or alternate nodes in 
the same file) and being able to select from any of them.  Thoughts?
