[Ardour-Dev] Set Selected Regions

I can see it now... "Redo Undo Set Selected Regions"

Anyways, I've seen some programs implement a "re-select" feature that
essentially grabs the previously most recently selected items (i think
photoshop). Its useful if you have some sort of complex selection that
you accidentally de-select, and might be  useful in certain cases here.

As far as ser selection, IMHO, if an action doesn't affect/change the
session, it doesn't need an undo - because I didn't do anything.
