This reminds me of a string change I did which I forgot to mention on the
mailing list.

There is (unfortunately) a new operation in the redirect box context menu,
"Delete". It is there because we needed to disallow copy and paste of send
and insert redirects. After cut was disabled, there was no way to delete
sends or inserts in the context menu.

This change was introduced in revision 1702 and in the current revision
(175) it's on line 1199 of gtk2_ardour/redirect_box.cc
