[ardour-dev] audio_clock info patch version 3

Hi

OK, this is my third and final version. Added pull up and pull down info to 
the AudioFrames clock.

Timecode clock now shows video frame rate and drop or non-drop.
Bars and Beats clock still shows meter and tempo.
AudioFrames clock shows sample rate and pull ups and pull downs.
Minutes and Seconds clock has no info. I think it's obvious !

I also made the font for this info one point smaller as I felt it was a little 
overbearing against the actual clocks.
