   * small changes to mixer UI based on thorsten's comments
   * the svn_revision.h nonsense might be finally cleared up
   * fixes for MIDI port setup (multiple ALSA/sequencer ports now work)
   * change name of default port for MTC delivery
   * options editor now sets trace options correctly (still not saved); 
   * MTC now sent immediately after asking for it, not after first stop 
   * small patch for 1091 from Brian
