  * first pass on track mode switching (normal <-> tape)
  * playlist selection working again, and following edit groups
  * all playlists created for the clicked track shown in the playlist 
          menu, reducing click time
  * "Destroy" item removed from region context menu
  * fix crash caused by recursion when track align style changes
  * fix dangling region references after capture
