[ardour-dev] MultiTrack recording

Worked for me on Win XP / Firefox. It did take a long time though.

On the Macwith Camino it worked about like Win XP. It was very slow to come up.

On Linux with Firefox it seems to just hang after loading a few
graphics in the upper left.
