[ardour-dev] [ardour-users] Latest Ardour maintenance release - 0.99.2

That's right, just two weeks later we have another maintenance release
of the Ardour 0.99.x series.
The following changes warranted it:

 * fixed issues with send gain causing glitches and zipper noises

 * fixed send metering issue

 * added periodic safety backups to provide better crash recovery
   protection

 * fixed a plugin editor crash

 * fixed issues that caused record operations on large track counts
   to fail (that means no more GUI request buffer errors!)

 * other minor fixes

 * OS X Tiger optimized build now works on 10.4.5
