* color management scheme independent of GTK rc files (only for canvas
colors)

     all canvas colors are now managed by a ColorManager object, and
     colors can be changed while ardour is running (only a few so far,
     but its just grunt work to do the rest).

     you will need to copy or link ardour.colors from the gtk2_ardour
     directory into ~/.ardour before starting ardour to get
     sensible colors.

The immediate effect of this tool for me is to show how ardour has
massively too many colors defined.
