[ardour-dev] Range Markers from Region and Selection

Hi,

Here is a small patch to address two issues:

1. Range Markers added using "Add Range Markers" in the context
menu for Regions had something missing. - they did not have a
context menu.

2. There was no way to  save the selection with Range Markers.
There was a function called add_location_from_selection in
editor_ops.cc, but was not used anywhere.  So I have added
a new menu entry called "Add Range Markers" to the context
menu of the Selection.
