Heh not to hi-jack a thread or anything, but a question has struck my 
mind that has to do with the SoC ideas that were presented...

I am curious to know why libxine was chosen for the video playback? 
Just curious as I tend to have better luck with ffmpeg based projects 
playing video without an issue, but that may just be me, just curious to 
know the reasoning.
