[ardour-dev] Patch for distcc

Hi all,

Attached is a patch to the top level SConstruct file that enables me to
use distcc to build ardour, which is alot faster using a 4 way Xeon box
with a few gig of ram than my old clunky laptop :)

I am not that familiar with SCons or distcc so there may be a better way
to do this etc but it works for me.
