[ardour-dev] remove port patch

[nick mainsbridge]

the remove port button is never set back to sensitive if it was ever
insensitive.
this patch should fix this.
as the libs take care of an attempted illegal removal, another way would
be to never set the button to insensitive (it would silently do
nothing).
