[ardour-dev] french locale not showing

Hi again

I'm unable to see the french translations of everything in Ardour. I
suspect this is because my locale is fr_CA (for french Canada, yes, a
lot of people speak french in that country) and the locale used in po
file is fr_FR.

The problem is there is no need to duplicate the .po file to create one
for fr_CA.po since it is the same language.

Anybody has a clue ?
