   * latest MTC patches from Per Sigmond
       - new button to indicate whether SMPTE offset is positive or negative
       - fix typo in definition of MTC encoded frame rate (30fps
          drop+nondrop were reversed)

   * added Per to the contributors list
    
   * fix for incorrect code in automation event list handling that was
         adding new points unnecessarily

   * make abort() on "excessive number of points to draw line" be a
         compile time conditional (disabled by default)
