    * i18n-related targets for the build are now independent:

        * to rebuild the POT (".po template) files: scons potupdate
	* to build the .mo files and install them: scons install

      .pot, .po and .mo files are now left unaltered during a normal
      build

   * some changes to the Playlist object that might help with scaling
     of some large-scale region ops (like removing hundreds of regions
     at once)

   * libardour: 0.879.0

(gvdo: i tried a test case with 250 regions in a track, before these
changes, and ardour seemed very responsive and quick. so i think
something else might be happening in your test case. do you have
crossfades/overlaps as well?)
