[ardour-dev] [PATCH] to let --new cmdlineoption work also for paths outside the currentworking directory

Hi

This fixes a mix-up of path and name in main.cc.
In newsavedialog.cc it access()-checks for the directory,
where the new project is to be created in,
instead of the full project path.
