I've updated the translation filenames.  Locales that were it, are now 
it_IT.  This seems to be necessary for proper usage on Fedora3. 
Unfortuantely, it requires running ./autogen.sh on gtk_ardour, 
libs/ardour, and libs/gtkmmext.

Hopefully, this might also clear up some troubles people have been 
having with the russian translation.

I also deleted the accumulated cruft (deleted strings that didn't need 
translations anymore) from the translation files.
