[ardour-dev] constrained dragging patch

The following patch changes the bindings in the editor for x- and y-  
constrained dragging to
button-2 drag == x-constrained drag (draggin a region to a different  
track, but at the same place in time
ctrl-button2 drag == the same but drag a copy

alt-button-2 drag == y-constrained drag, drag an control point so that it  
stays at the same level
and of course button2-drag on a control point keeps it at the same time as  
well.
