[ardour-dev] Text peak meter in narrow mixer strips

When you change the width of a mixer strip from wide to narrow the 
*only* widget that gets lost is the text peak meter. It's missed even 
more so now that Jesses patch lets the peak meter highlight in red 
(mantis #411) which is good ui.

Is it too much nasty work to repack the narrow mixer strip in order to 
have the text peak meter included?
