Sliders for sends!
At the moment you cannot adjust any of a plugin's parameters from the
mixing desk.
This is annoying for reverb sends, as you have to ctrl+right click,
adjust the send, close the window when really you just want to move a
little slider on the mixer.

It would be nice if a plugin's name went bright green when the plugin
was activated, and grey when off. I find the current method of using
brackets to denote inactive a little hard to see.
