[ardour-dev] AMD64 region resize issue

This issue was addressed and reportedly resolved in Mantis report 1000. 
However, a CVS snapshot from yesterday indicates that only half of the problem
was solved.  The issue report mentiones two locations where the problem occured. 
It appears that only one was patched.  The attached patch takes care of the other.
