There are some other problems, related to midi binding, that i have just added
to mantis. Sorry, I know, this is more like feature requests, but, while you are
looking at midi binding issues...

* plugin controls with logarithmic scales (typically filter frequencies) do not
work as expected... try glame lowpass for instance. The only resonnant-type
filter i know that works with midi binding is the state variable filter (not
logarithmic).

* vst plugins with GUI can not be binded, while those without GUI can. Anyway
midi bindings of vst plugins are never saved.
