[ardour-dev] what to do about libgdither?

FWIW, I'd just suck in the source, its made to be easy to use that way,
and if it gets taken into another library you can drop it easily, as long
as you dont mess with the source, like the audacity people did :-/

Ardour doesnt need another dependency for something that small.
