we need to switch ardour's internal dither (for export) over to steve's new libgdither code. libgdither is not yet packaged by anyone, or hardly anyone. shall i merge it as a new library, or just copy the 2 headers and 1 source file into the tree to replace the existing dither.cc (also written by steve) ? or something else?
